EC2 Global View shows which regions your account has EC2 instances https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2globalview/home#
Give it a few minutes to populate the data from all regions, and then verify the figure for Instances. If this is 0 in 0 regions then you don't have any instances, if it's anything else then click on the text and a dialogue will popup showing which region(s) have instances.
Contributors to AWS re:Post do not have access to your account, and do not have the ability to stop or delete your EC2 instances.
