Amazon Bedrock Prompt History Store

0

Hi,

I am assessing the Amazon Bedrock service for use within my organization. I have some questions regarding Prompt History Store ( which is noted to be used during Console request only).

  1. For any API calls is Prompt History used particularly during conversational AI to store the state information?
  2. If so, what's the component used for Prompt History Store - Is it a S3 bucket? If so, can the Customer choose CMK to manage the encryption at rest?
  3. If not how is the Prompt History Store managed? Does the customer need to configure it separately? Thank you,

Hi

If you look at my article https://repost.aws/articles/AR-LV1HoR_S0m-qy89wXwHmw/the-leverage-of-llm-system-prompt-by-knowledge-bases-for-bedrock-in-rag-workflows, you will get all details on how to store and what is stored when you query Bedrock LLMs.

Best,
