GPO's (Group Policy Objects ) Can be used for your windows WorkSpaces directory, Linux instances do not adhere to Group Policy. To use the Group Policy settings that are specific to Amazon WorkSpaces, you must install the Group Policy administrative template for the protocol or protocols that you are using, either PCoIP or WorkSpaces Streaming Protocol (WSP). You can refer below document for steps on installations :

  • Are you saying in order for the Workspaces to work with GPO's you need that template? I don't have the template and I still get other GPO's. I am asking if there are any known GPO's that affect Workspaces negatively.
