Users can see ALL files and folders in search, regardless of permission

In WorkDocs, if a user searches for something in the search box, folders and files will be returned that the user does not have permission to view. The user can view the folder or file, despite not having permission.

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere or is this an issue with the feature?

I figured it out. I had created share links that were set to edit. I deleted the links and it fixed the problem.
