How to terminate a relational database?

Hello,

Please do apologize me for asking such basic questions. But I don't know how to terminate a relational database that is apparently still running on my account. And I'm struggling with the system.

When following the section Console / To delete a DB instance, if you can't see any active databases after logging in then double-check that you are in the correct region.
