Lightsail instance IP couldn’t be connected from outside

The instance was working since March 2022 with no issues but today its static IP (18.194.135.109) became non-reachable either by me or any external ping services from different locations.

The instance is located in Frankfurt, I have rebooted it, stopped/started but it seems to be a connection issue of the instance. What can I do here?

Hello.
Is the load on the Lightsail instance growing?
Also, have you accidentally configured firewall settings, etc.?

Also, if snapshots are still available, we could take the method of restoring from the snapshots.
