EIP locked to your account

I have EIP 54.229.118.186 which I wish to release. I can't, I assume that's because it has reverse DNS set. I don't have a support contract.

Can someone give me a clue who I should contact?

EDIT: I saw this form to set rDNS on an EIP - https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/contacts?#/rdns-limits. I didn't find a form to remove rDNS from an EIP.

Seems this happens a lot.

Short version - fill in the form at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/contacts?#/rdns-limits. Add comment "please remove rDNS"
