[SES ]Sending is paused for this account.

Hi!

My sending service has been disabled, and when I try to enable it using the command

"aws ses update-account-sending-enabled --enabled --region us-east-1"

The service appears as Enabled, but then goes back to disabled, I have my system stopped, I don't know what is happening.
