My AWS Account is HACKED and I am locked out of my Account Please HELP

Hi AWS Support, my account got hacked and the hacker changed my email address and created MFA auth. So, now I cannot reset my account as the verification email is going to the hacker's account. I received an email for 15 dollars alert and I am sure there will be more. Please do something at the earliest and reach out. This is a different email address from which I am asking this question.

And please ease the process of reaching out for help. It's really become chaotic to be in such a panic situation.
