Did not display pass or fail after finishing my CCP exam with PSI...

Question

Today I finished my AWS CCP exam with PSI at home. I think I experienced all those horrible experiences that others did. I really want AWS to seriously consider removing some of the unnecessary exam rules like telling the proctor to clear out our working area ENTIRELY. I believe presence of proctor should fulfill the requirement of preventing that exam takers from cheating. This is just 1 of the things! AWS should also listen exam takers voices and communicate with PSI and VUE to improve the user's experience on taking exam at home!!!  
  
Also, when I had less than 5 mins left. The PSI browser displayed a message asking if I wanted to quit as I had worked for 90 mins(the exam time) or wanted to work for longer time. I actually finished all the questions and pressed "Answer" for confirming the answers of all of the questions. But the browser instead closed right a way after I pressed quit button, and I had no idea if my exam was submitted and I did not get a message saying I passed or not... I did not get an e-mail saying I completed the exam.  
  
I tried to find out if I could find out if my exam was submitted and whether I passed the exam. Any way I could find out as I have heard people complaining proctor disapproved completed exams without letting proctor knew about completion? I also heard that people did not get a refund...

No exam result yet but I knew it could take up to 5 business days, still I think it is too long for a multiple choices test...  
  
Since there has been people saying proctor checking IDs for many times before the test, I had problem with ID checking too. My webcam is in bad quality so it could not take gd picture of the ID. I think proctor does have to have picture of the ID, so even I connected with the proctor, he spent long time trying to "verify it". For my side of the screen, I can see the words on the card clearly sometimes, I do no know why he kept saying he could not see them clearly, perhaps there were other things affecting it. It kept asking me to find a glass of water or magnifier to make the image clearly but I do not have both!   
  
To conclude, I think ID checking is one of the biggest issues that needs to be improved!
