Unfortunately, Amazon WorkDocs Drive does not currently support mounting multiple WorkDocs accounts (internal and external) simultaneously on the same device. The WorkDocs Drive application is designed to connect to a single WorkDocs account at a time.
To work with both your internal and external WorkDocs accounts, you have a few options:
-
Switch between accounts: You can sign out of one account and sign in to the other when you need to access files from the other account. This involves:
- Signing out of the current account in the WorkDocs Drive application
- Clearing any cached credentials
- Signing in with the credentials for the other account
-
Use web browser access: Since you mentioned you can access both internal and external WorkDocs via web browser, you can continue to use this method for one account while using WorkDocs Drive for the other.
-
Use different devices: If possible, you could use WorkDocs Drive on separate devices for each account.
-
Request feature enhancement: You could provide feedback to Amazon requesting support for multiple account connections in WorkDocs Drive.
Remember that when switching between accounts in WorkDocs Drive, you'll need to ensure you're connected to the correct account to avoid syncing issues. Always verify the account settings in the WorkDocs Drive application to confirm you're connected to the intended account.
While it's not currently possible to mount both internal and external WorkDocs accounts simultaneously via WorkDocs Drive on a single device, these workarounds can help you manage access to both accounts.
