Migrate AD to EC2

We have a physical server on-premises, which runs AD Server on it. Beside that, we install Hyper-V and somes other virtual machines on it. What is the best way to migrate AD server to AWS. I dont want to replicate all Hyper-V and other software together with AD to EC2 (if using MGN) Can we make a secondary AD on AWS and promote it, delete AD onpremise and how to do it?

    Best options is to create secondary AD on AWS migrates FMSO roles to AWS AD point application to new AD once you are satisfied with application performance decommission on premise AD.
