I have a question about the performance impact of separating resource placement accounts, VPCs, and regions.

For interconnected resources (EC2 and RDS, EC2 and EFS, etc.), what is the performance impact of separating the deployment account, VPC, AZ, and region, respectively?

Region : yes

VPC and AZ : almost not but impact overall fee (inter AZ,vpc traffic transferring cause cost more than you think)
