Unable to create a domain in SageMaker Studio

Hi AWS, I am creating a SageMaker Studio domain for a single user and facing the issue attached in the screenshot below

The weird part is it is a free tier brand new AWS account and I have tried creating the domain in another region too but the similar issue persists. Please suggest.

Hello.

SageMaker domains default to two quotas per region.

Judging from the error message, there may be restrictions on your account, so I think it would be a good idea to apply for the restriction to be lifted in the region you are using from the service quota screen.

If this does not resolve the issue, I recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".

As this is a new AWS account, your service quota may have a lower limit. Can you go to Service Quota console, Services, SageMaker, Total domains to Request increase at Account Level?
