Unjustified charges for 4 months

0

I hadn't used it in over a year and had been unknowingly paying unjustified charges for 4 months. When I went in to cancel, I was banned from accessing it, so I don't know what to do. I want to cancel the contract immediately and get a refund for the unfair charges.
