First, sign in to your AWS account as the root user.
Root users can sign in by following the steps in the document below.
Use your email address to sign in as the root user.

If you do not know the root user password, please reset it.

Once you are able to sign in, please delete the AWS services that are generating charges.
You can check the services for which you are billed from your bill by following the steps in the document below.

If you are experiencing unexpected AWS charges, please contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing".
