How do I assign static IP address with Auto-scaling groups?

Hi,

I need static IP addresses for my instances. I have allocated elastic IP address and associated them with my instances. But those instances gets destroyed while auto-sacling and new instances pop-up. As a result, my association of instance with elastic IPs gets destroyed. How do I solve this issue?
