Without more information about the error you are receiving, I have a few questions.
- What error are you getting when attempting to connect via SSH?
- Did the IP address change? Check to ensure you are trying to SSH to the correct IP.

- In lighsail SSH: UPSTREAM_NOT_FOUND [519] , In PC console - time out
- Yes, the IP has changed, but the error in the new IP is the same.
