EC2 error 550 FTP when deleting files

We have an EC2 windows instance running a Filezilla server. From an remote client, we download programatically files. After downloading, client sends a DEL order to remove file from server. In this moment, we get an 550 Permission Denied (or No such file or folder) and file is not deleted.

EC2 instance is i-07162fe879ff1d7d6, IP 18.200.6.37.

How to solve?
