not able to connect to EC2 instance

Hi I am not able to connect EC2 instance via EC2 connect as well as via SSH. for EC2 connect it is giving me error " Failed to connect to your instance EC2 Instance Connect is unable to connect to your instance. Ensure your instance network settings are configured correctly for EC2 Instance Connect. For more information, see Set up EC2 Instance Connect at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-instance-connect-set-up.html." and for SSH error is " connection timed out" I have checked everything, all looks good but not able to connect. Please help me out.

In particular, mistakes in security group or network ACL settings will result in timeout errors.
