Hi there,

If you're certain the records you are using are correct, it may help to verify that your DNS records are responding as expected when queried. This document may help: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/dns-test.html

You can also try setting up a Lightsail hosted zone using a route53 domain with this guide here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/lightsail-how-to-create-dns-entry.html#lightail-create-a-dns-zone

Hey,

This is happening as SailPoint created DNS zone is different then your global DNS zone (managed by Route 53). Go to LightSail >> Domain and DNS >> Under Details Locate Edit Name Servers >> Use Light sail Name Servers >> Save

And that's it! Go back and try to add SSL/TLS certificate. This should work now. Would suggest to take backup of existing name servers. Thanks!
