How can I collect the APN data via CLI or some API?

I would like to extract the APN data via CLI or some API to integrate it with other systems such as Odoo, Microsoft Sharepoint, etc.

I'm not aware of any published APIs to used with the APN Console, though an integration was just published to integrate between the APN Salesforce instance and a partner's Salesforce instance. The APN Console is in Salesforce so you may be able to speak with your partner manager to see if any of the APIs can be used.
