Amazon Lex Network of bots internal failure

0

Hi,

I am exploring network of bots feature of Amazon lex recently launched and configured a network of bots with 2 bots. After building the network, I am getting "internalFailure" while testing the network whereas the testing of individual bots works fine.

Kindly provide your inputs.

Could you provide the following details as it will help us identify the issue?

  1. aws region
  2. account id
  3. request id
  4. timestamp

Could you describe the scenario for internal failure a bit more? Was the build for the network successful and was the internal failure thrown for runtime requests? Or was it thrown during build? Are you using the test console?

Sure. Can you please clarify below queries

I encountered internalFailure while testing the network via test console but issue does not happen on the next day. Is there any wait time for the network to be available for testing after build i.e time between build and test phase of the network ? If yes, please let me know that duration, as we would like to take this with our client business for their enterprise. Also while testing the network, noticed botId in JSON input with a value which is not the same as the id of the bots configured in the network. Is it the network id ? If yes, where can we see that as part of network configuration, as I could not find that either in console or as part of AWS documentation ? Does AWS console UI needs to be updated with this networkId ?

Kindly revert ASAP.

Thanks and regards, Hepzibah
