Could not access Kinesis Firehose Stream using IAM role

I want to get email log(ses) by kinesis with s3. So I tried this docs. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ko_kr/ses/latest/dg/event-publishing-kinesis-analytics-configuration-set.html But Problem happened. I tried "added destination" at Configuration Sets. I also settings like this -> https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/event-publishing-add-event-destination-firehose.html#event-publishing-add-event-destination-firehose-role But, the error message like this -> Could not access Kinesis Firehose Stream using IAM role What should I do?
