What to do if deepracer is not booting up to blue LED light state?

Question

LED stays in yellow(red) state. If I connect monitor/mouse/keyboard directly to Deepracer, the boot sequence has two Fails. To activate swap file and to start load/save Random Seed, and it never enter GUI login screen.
In an earlier stage when connected directly with a monitor the Ubuntu GUI came up and I could login to Deepracer with deepracer password, but when trying to set up a new complicated password many times it kept responding "Sorry, that didn't work. Please try again"
