I am personally a very satisfied user of Rclone with its multicloud capabilities (AWS, GCP, etc.): see https://rclone.org/
So, I would personally for your use case give a try to the Rclone-based solution filly described here: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/storage/migrate-data-from-google-drive-to-amazon-s3-using-rclone/
You will have to slightly adapt it knowing that your starting point is a Google Compute disk.
