Cannot delete Compute Environment, CloudFormation rollback stuck



In compute env. details I have a message:
"CLIENT_ERROR - User: is not authorized to perform: sts:AssumeRole on resource: arn:aws:iam::269363578156:role/tda-sys-app-BatchAWSBatchServiceRole-17ML9A4DFX43"

Thus I cannot delete the compute environment neither Cloudformation rollback can.

It came out that the role comp. env. is complaining about does not exist. I needed to create the role with the same name and '' trust. Then my environ could be rolled back.
