Customer call ringing for 20 seconds should take another route in contact flow. How can I check that call ringing duration within Connect contact flow ?

This metric is not available out of the box. One way to do it is to write the timestamp when you enter the queue and then check that timestamp and compare it to right now and make a routing decision based on that.
