Hello Ankish, we don't have direct support for tools like evaboot. Some of its features -- like verifying emails scraped from LinkedIn for an indication of safety -- depend on access to a mail relay for the recipient domain. Evaboot interrogates those mail systems to see if they respond with a confirmation of the actual recipient mailbox, or instead reject any such discovery efforts.
WorkMail does not permit directory scraping of WorkMail organizations, so if you are trying to use evaboot to verify recipient mailboxes within WorkMail customer domains, it's not going to work.
Hi Ankish -- unfortunately I don't know the details of how Evaboot handles sending mail or validating new user registrations. If you can receive mail from other senders into your WorkMail organization, it is more likely to do with some aspect of the mail from Evaboot than an issue with your WorkMail account.

Hey. thank you so much for answering. I am trying to understand this better. I cannot even sign up for Evaboot as an user with the email ID created in workmail. Post signing up, I have not received any confirmation emails either. Is that something I should expect?
