Does CloudFormation succeed if you attach an IAM policy that allows "elasticloadbalancing:AddTags" to the IAM role (eksctl-02e6fd897499-addon-iamserviceaccount-Role1-7WJUE2VIXBML)?

    Not sure how, load balancer is separate stack and i've updated policy but not sure how to re run.

    Shouldn't I just run CloudFormation again?

    problem is its not failing, so i'm not sure we can rerun
