Lost DNS management

0

Hey. the management of our website was created sometime here via aws service, but no one knows when because it's been a long time. So we have lost a user who can modify the settings. The IP address should be changed by the end of this month or else the page will be closed.. Can I get an aws professional here to make the change or how can I get the old user back if I don't know the email. I only know the domain we own? Thanks.

Hello.
Settings cannot be changed unless you can log in to the AWS account hosting the domain.
Also, since re:Post is a forum site, unfortunately I don't think any user will be able to change the settings even if we request the change here.
If your AWS account has a DNS host zone, you should have a monthly bill.
In that case, you will have received communication regarding your invoice at the email address associated with your AWS account.
Can you confirm your email address or AWS account ID from there?
