The DSN not operational

On January 10, I purchased the domain name akt-cryptobabou.com. I responded to the email sent by Route53 to confirm my email. But unfortunately, since then, it has not worked.

When I check the domain name deployment it doesn't seem to be deployed https://dnschecker.org/#A/akt-cryptobabou.com,
When I run the command: nslookup akt-cryptobabou.com, I get the following response: Server: 127.0.0.53 Address: 127.0.0.53#53
Non-authoritative answer: *** Can't find akt-cryptobabou.com: No answer

A few days ago I spoke with Riku_Kobayashi who confirmed to me that the domain name was indeed not operational and suggested that I open a ticket to AWS support

So I created a ticket so that support can deal with the problem

The only response they gave me after 4 days of discussion was to take out a subscription so that experts could treat the malfunction

I'm really surprised and really frustrated by their response

Do you have any advice to help me resolve the problem before I ask for a refund?
