Hi,
You definitely need to have something in logs about this. EKS AWS Load Balancer Controller by default has two pods, please make sure you checking logs in both.
If there are still no logs it could be that your ingress has no annotations required for EKS AWS Load Balancer Controller to create ELB.
It would be easier to provide help if you give more details about application you deploying to EKS (manifests).
