Pearson Vue does not have CLF-C01 available to schedule

I was scheduled to take the AWS Cloud Practitioner test on Thursday afternoon, but decided I want a couple more weeks to shore up my knowledge of the fine details. Well I learned this morning that the cert is no longer being offered by PSI and Pearson will be handling the tests going forward into the new year. So I called Pearson to schedule it and the support staff on the other end said I needed a passcode to take the test and then gave me a number that's in North Carolina that has 2 people working is and they are closed for Christmas/New Years. So I just ended up canceling the test since PSI doesn't offer a way to reschedule it and hope that I can schedule in 2023 on Pearsons Website as they currently don't offer CLF-C01. Really confusing this morning.
