Unable to exclude AWS Trusted Advisor item

I have one alert on a Security Groups - Unrestricted Access violation but when I select that one the button "Exclude and Refresh" is not clickable.

Why can't I exclude it?

After a refresh I was able to select that button... not sure what happened here.

Once you do a "Refresh" or an "Exclude and Refresh", you need to wait some time to be able to do it again. The cooldown interval varies among different checks. On your specific case it's around 5 minutes of interval before you can either "Refresh" or "Exclude and Refresh" again. The wait time is shared between the two actions.
