Hi, I understand that you subscribed to a marketplace AMI. Correct? If yes, you should follow https://docs.aws.amazon.com/marketplace/latest/buyerguide/cancel-subscription.html#cancel-ami-subscription
To cancel a subscription to an AWS Marketplace product, you must first ensure that you have terminated all software and instances that are associated with that product. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Terminate all associated resources: Go to the EC2 Dashboard in the AWS Management Console. In the navigation pane, choose "Instances". Select the instances associated with the product and choose "Actions", then "Instance State", and finally "Terminate". Confirm that you want to terminate the instances when prompted. Please note that terminating an instance effectively deletes it, and you can't connect to or restart an instance after you've terminated it.
Unsubscribe from the product: After you've terminated all instances associated with the product, you can cancel the subscription. Go to the AWS Marketplace website, click on "Your Software" in the upper right corner, then "Manage Subscriptions". Click "Cancel Subscription" next to the product you want to cancel.
