Hi Tuan Anh. LoRaWAN devices don't connect to AWS IoT Core's MQTT broker. So the STM32WL device can't directly subscribe to an MQTT topic.
LoRaWAN downlink messages can be sent using the console, the CLI and the API (and via the SDKs).
