Pearson Vue Exam ended after terms and condition page.

Question

I have a scheduled person view exam today for aws solution architect associate . The proctor asked me to wait while the exam page loaded. I had 5 minutes to finish the initial instruction and accept terms conditions. I was unsure whether to proceed or not as the proctor asked me to wait while he was working with his technical team. After 5 minutes elapsed the next screen popped up saying since your did not accept the terms and condition, your exam ended without refund. Please press the End exam button to finish. I have contacted the proctor and they mention they will submit a case and I will get an email reg next action. I am concerned whether I will be able to utilise the last voucher to reschedule.

Answer

I got a voucher from Pearson Vue to schedule again, however I am seeing option to schedule after 14 days. I did not fail the exam so don't understand why there is a 14 days policy here. Could someone please help.
