HORRIBLE PEARSONVUE EXPERIENCE

Even i had a very bad experience with PearsonVue's . I had paid for an exam and had to wait quite some time for the proctor to join, when she joined , she asked me to show my aadhar card to her, i showed her that and then she says that the laminated aadhar is not allowed and wont work . Then she asked me to show my PAN card, but at that moment i did not had that, so she asked me to reschedule my examination. Cut to few days and sending them multiple mails, they responded saying i am no longer eligible to take up the exam and have to repay the whole amount again. WHAT IS THIS?? AM I FAULTY SOMEWHERE????WHAT IS THE MANAGEMENT??? its been 3 weeks now and there are no mails no updates and my money has gone to waste. PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA PHONE , and allow me to take my exam agin.

Hello Manya,

Hey I am Also faced same issue during my certification exam. i am also attend with laminated Proof's they rejected.

  • At that time exam proctor give me reference number.

  • Try to keep chat with them about issue it will be better for you to getting 50% voucher at least.

    Actually, there is a chance to rewrite the exam with 50% coupons and remaining amount you have to pay to write the Exam. There is no another way for this. Try to connect with support team they provide proper details about your issue .
