Is the DeepRacer service down?

Getting error:
“Couldn't retrieve reinforcement learning models”
And I’m unable to see any of my models, and the service seems to have lost it’s ‘connection’ with the VPC it built.
I have tried to start again, but getting many errors when trying to create the Account resources.
