Kendra Indexing not completing

I am trying to index a 60kb .txt file into Kendra, from an S3 bucket.

I have previously done with several PDFs and it works fine and completes fast. However when I use this txt file it just staying indexing and never completes. Can't seem to find anyone with the same problem

Hi, Kendra oncall checking in - With limited context we couldn't determine what is happening. In case the issue is still there, please open a ticket with AWS Support and provide necessary information in the ticket, e.g. account id, data source id, index id, etc so that we can carry out investigation.
