How can I route the ipv6 address block I get from he.net with ECS to my remote router?

Some of the features of the carrier-provided addresses I get via PPPOE are restricted, and the addresses I get via tunnelbroker don't pass on the local line. I would like to know how I can do this if I want to jump external traffic to a remote router via iproute2 command on linux. Also, can route hopping allow traffic to go directly through my remote router?
