Access Denied to all Tabs in AWS Connect

CS, I am trying to work with AWS Connect and my account has access denied on all tabs. This is the 3rd time that I am reaching support and in all cases support team has not provide clear direction on resolving the access issue. Can someone contact me at 305.9277962 or by email at pnieto@salesforce.com to review requirements to access the AWS Services and Applications.

Hello,

For access denied errors to any APIs there can be many possible reasons. For example, the IAM user or role you are using doesn't have the required permissions or you have an explicit deny in the user permission. If you have the required permissions and there is no explicit deny and still getting the access denied error then the issue might be because of the SCPs attached to your account in the AWS Organization.

To check all this or to find the solution for your issue we require details that are non-public information. Hence, please open a support case with AWS using the following link: https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/case/create

I apologies that we could not able to provide the solution in the previous cases. I would suggest you to please include the user or role you are using or the screenshot of the error when creating the case so that it will be helpful for us to resolve the issue.
