About firewall whitelist for Amazon Chime SDK

0

We are currently using the Amazon Chime SDK, but in our customer's environment, only "IP addresses" can be added to the Firewall whitelist.

Therefore, we would like to know if there is any document that describes the "IP addresses" that should be added to the whitelist.

Sorry if my question is not clear.

Here is the network configuration for Amazon Chime SDK clients in the Developer Guide:

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/chime-sdk/latest/dg/network-config.html

(Spoiler: the SDK clients will need access to 99.77.128.0/18 for media but they may also need to access CloudFront for optional features.)

This part of the FAQ says the same thing:

https://aws.github.io/amazon-chime-sdk-js/modules/faqs.html#what-are-the-subnets-and-ports-used-by-a-client-running-the-amazon-chime-sdk

Please note that IP address ranges can change over time so it's always good to double check the AWS IP address ranges by service name as described in the documents above.
