Amazon Connect - Claimed Phone no. not going though

Hi!

I am setting up Amazon Connect test lab and have claimed a number for Australia. But the no. its not hitting the Connect. It just hangs up after one ring. Call flow looks all good. Any one had this kind of issue before? Thanks,

Hi Prav,

Is the phone number assigned to a Flow in Connect? Do you have any prompt play in the Flow? I would recommend to turn logging on using and verify the generated CloudWatch log.
