Use UDP via PrivateLink

Question

PrivateLink partially works with Network Load Balancers - allowing listeners to be TCP, but not UDP.
Is there a defined technical reason for this - as opposed to "doesn't do that".

On Oct 31, 2024 AWS has announced UDP support for AWS PrivateLink and dual-stack Network Load Balancers. The only answer you can get is. It may or may not be a feature in future.

NLB also only had TCP in 2017 and then got UDP Support in 2019

Similarly, if enough number of customers demand for UDP Support on Private link. Then who knows one day this support might be available or similar product.

For now , unfortunately not supported.

If you have Ent Support. Then I would suggest to submit a feature request through support.
