Route53 public hosted zone not resolving for my domain

0

Hi,

I have purchased a domain from AWS and deleted auto created public hosted zone. And next day I created public hosted zone manually but my domain is not resolving on public DNS and also any new records I add never resolve.

I have tried after 48 hours but still it's not working.

Followed this doc and updated the NS record but no luck.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

you need to wait certain time after updating Name servers. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/troubleshooting-new-dns-settings-not-in-effect.html

If you change the name servers that are associated with your domain registration, your domain will be unavailable on the internet for up to 2 days. This is because DNS resolvers typically cache the names of name servers for 2 days. For an overview of how DNS works, including information about resolver caching, see How Amazon Route 53 routes traffic for your domain.
