How to store the logo in S3?

I want to create a product in the Marketplace. I stored our logo in S3 as requested, however it failed to create product and shows that the URL for logo stored in S3 is net accessable.

Hi There

The S3 URL for the Product logo that you provide must be publicly available. This is a property of the S3 bucket in which the file resides. For more information, see How do I edit public access settings for S3 buckets? in the Amazon Simple Storage Service Console User Guide.
