Recently faced a serious issue in accessing the AWS just because of a typo in the mobile number. which made a huge loss to my team for potential POC delay, i regret because of accountability and my decision to make this move to aws for our project

I am sure it's not AWS :) For future, consider a review process for critical operations and use infrastructure as code (IaC) tools to reduce human error.
