MSFT announcement only refers to the M365 EOL for current Server OS versions. It does not say anything about next Server OS version. I searched and found this article: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-server-insiders/future-of-m365-apps-on-windows-server-2025/m-p/4041176. It seems quite likely that MSFT will support M365 on Server 2025 so our path forward will be to support WorkSpaces on Server 2025. Just sharing my observation. until MSFT officially announces the support; we can't be sure.
Microsoft support M365 apps on Server Versions that are in mainstream support. Please refer to Microsoft's lifecycle policies for the full picture. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/endofsupport/windows-server-support
All this states is that Support ends in 2026 is what my question is asking. Does AWS have a path forward or will i be forced to migrate off AWS and use the Microsoft Solution stated in their Lifecycle policy.

According to their updated article from June 24, they plan on providing extended support by way of security updates to versions of M365 apps on Server 2016 and Server 2019 until October of 2028: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/end-of-support/windows-server-support#windows-server-2019
So you should be good for at least a couple more years. It is disappointing however that AWS has not managed to roll out Server 2025 for WorkSpaces in a timely manner we can upgrade to, as that version will be supported (as of today) for the lifecycle of the OS: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/end-of-support/windows-server-support#windows-server-2025
