3. Review your current bill - Check your AWS Billing Dashboard to see exactly which services are generating charges so you can terminate them.

Important notes:

• Simply not using the console doesn't stop charges - resources must be actively deleted or terminated
• Some services charge for storage, data transfer, or simply having resources provisioned, even if you're not actively using them
• You're responsible for charges incurred until resources are terminated and your account is closed
